Term and Condition
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the professional relationship between Zendius Studio (“the Company”) and its employees, contractors, partners, and any third parties who engage with the Company (“You”). By being part of Zendius Studio or engaging in business relations with the Company, You agree to abide by the following Terms:
1. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
All information relating to Zendius Studio’s business, products, technology, financials, clients, and any proprietary data (“Confidential Information”) is strictly confidential.
You shall not disclose, share, copy, distribute, or use Confidential Information for any purpose other than work performed for Zendius Studio, without prior written consent from authorized Company representatives.
This obligation of confidentiality continues indefinitely, even after termination of employment, contract, or collaboration with the Company.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All work product created during your engagement with Zendius Studio—including but not limited to designs, code, game assets, documents, concepts, inventions, and any creative content—shall be deemed work made for hire and shall be the sole and exclusive property of Zendius Studio, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
You shall promptly disclose to the Company any inventions or creations developed in the course of your engagement that relate to the Company’s business.
You assign and transfer to Zendius Studio all rights, title, and interest in and to such intellectual property.
3. Respectful and Professional Conduct
Zendius Studio maintains a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, violence, and any form of abusive behavior.
You are expected to treat colleagues, clients, and partners with respect, fairness, and professionalism.
Violations may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination, and may expose you to legal liability.
4. Compliance with Laws and Company Policies
You are required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to your role and work at Zendius Studio.
You must follow all internal Company policies, including but not limited to those related to security, data protection, health and safety, and acceptable use of resources.
Violation of laws or Company policies may result in disciplinary measures, up to and including termination of employment or contractual relationship.
5. Use of Company Property and Resources
Company resources—including hardware, software, email accounts, communication tools, and any other Company-owned property—are to be used solely for authorized business purposes.
Personal use of Company resources must be minimal and should not interfere with work responsibilities or security protocols.
Misuse, damage, or unauthorized disclosure of Company resources may lead to disciplinary action and potential legal consequences.
6. Conflict of Interest
You must avoid any activities or relationships that could create an actual or perceived conflict between your personal interests and the interests of Zendius Studio.
If a potential conflict arises, you are obligated to disclose it promptly to your direct manager or the People team for evaluation and guidance.
Failure to disclose a conflict of interest may result in disciplinary action.
7. Termination
Zendius Studio reserves the right to terminate employment or contractual relationships in accordance with applicable laws and Company policies, including in cases of misconduct, breach of these Terms, or unsatisfactory performance.
